Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' next to your order, or contact support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back in its original box with all hardware and assembly tools included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
